Meet the maker Rach Jones

Hello! I'm Rach! By day I'm an office worker, by night and weekend a doodler working from home out of a sketch book or on my computer, or in my little studio space at the bottom of the garden!

I have always loved being creative, making things, and learning new things. Working full time at a "desk job" means that I look forward to the times when I can be creative.
Over the past years, I have enjoyed learning the traditional forms of Screen Printing and Letterpress - and more recently I have been trying my hand at digital illustration.

No matter what the final piece is – everything starts out as a doodle in my sketch book – and is then developed into the final design. These designs are then transferred on to lots of lovely products to be bought for others - or as a treat for yourself.

Order Shipping
I will always try to ship orders within 1-2 working days, where possible and orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday. Your order will be marked as shipped as soon as it's in the post.
If I am using a tracked service – your shipping notification will include the tracking number.

If you have any special requests, especially about urgent orders, please message me directly as I don't always check the order / PayPal notes until shipping day.

Shop Policies.
I only accept PayPal. If you have any problems at all with checkout or payment let me know and I will do my best to help you out.

Please keep your Folksy and PayPal address information up to date. If your order has two different addresses, I will use the address provided by Folksy. It is your responsibility to provide a correct address - additional shipping costs will be required if an item is returned due to an incorrect address.
PLEASE NOTE: Your order is not confirmed until payment is complete. If you wish to secure an item but are unable to pay immediately, please contact me so I can keep your item/s aside. Most items are available in multiples so it is usually possible to hold items for a few days.

Paypal payments using e-Cheque (bank transfer) can take up to 10 days to clear - you order will not be shipped until payment is complete. Please check your PayPal account for more information. I do my best to hold your items until the payment clears but this cannot be guaranteed.

Problems and Returns
If there's a problem with your order, or you wish to return it, please contact me as soon as possible. Items can be returned within 14 days or receipt for a replacement or refund. Please see the return policy on individual listings for more information. I would appreciate the opportunity to rectify any issues before you leave negative feedback. I'm always happy to help!
Personalised items that have been made to your order request are non-returnable and non-refundable
