About Us
Bella Bobbin is based in Hampshire and run by us, Amanda and Sarah, friends since our golden school days! A lot of our work is inspired by our very own little people, who have a very discerning eye for this sort of thing! We work with a variety of materials to make our items, Sarah works mainly with wood and paper – creating pictures, key-rings, magnets and book marks (to name but a few!). Amanda works with textiles, fabric and felt – creating appliquéd hoops, lavender pillows, bunting and cushions (to name but a few more!)

Postage and Packaging
All of our Bella Bobbin items are personally handmade by us, most are ready to ship and some are made to order as per the description on the listing.

All of our items are packaged and posted with much care. We actually love packing our items up, to us receiving a sweetly packaged item is all part of the customer experience, and who doesn't love getting parcels?!?

We use 1st Class Royal Mail, and will always obtain a proof of postage. Please contact us prior to making your purchase if you require a recorded postage option as this will incur extra costs.

Payment

Please select Paypal in order that you can pay via your Credit or Debit Card or your Paypal Account. If an item is custom made to order we will begin to work our creative magic once we have received payment, so prompt payment (within 24 hours please) works best for all. Ready to Ship items will be sent out once Payment has been received.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact us if there are any issues with your order. We want your shopping experience to be a happy one and will do our best to sort out any problems as quickly as possible.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if for any reason you are not a happy bunny.

Please contact us before returning any items, the item must be returned within 10 days of receipt, please obtain proof of postage from those wonderful people at the Post Office.

If the condition of the goods differs from that which was sent out, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.
Any refunds due will be issued via Paypal for the price of the goods only - initial postage costs are non-refundable, but in cases where goods are not as ordered or damaged we will issue an additional refund of postage costs incurred while returning the order because we are not unreasonable people (unless cakes are involved!).
