I'm a keen artist and also a vintage obsessed craft'er (see my other shop as well http://www.folksy.com/shops/AudreysCat) . I hope you enjoy my ACEO 's and other Artwork as much as I enjoyed creating it!

SALES POLICY

Payment - Within 3 days please

All Folksy payments are via Paypal and initially I would prefer that. If you haven't got a Paypal account - you can still pay for items using a credit or debit card – follow the Paypal instructions on their website.

Shipping

Items will be posted within 3 working days of receiving payment, using 1st Class Special Delivery within the UK.

Please note I will combine postage for multiple purchases, charging the single highest postage charge on the items with subsequent items charged at the lower rate

All items will be wrapped securely and protected by card.

Refunds and Exchanges

I believe that you will love your Audrey's Art purchase but if you have any problems or questions please get in touch ASAP.

If you change your mind and simply do not want the item , You MUST tell me of your intent to return it within 7 working days and return as soon as possible, ideally in it's original packaging. I will refund purchase price and the original delivery P&P but you will be responsible for return postage and packing

If its faulty - Tell me and return it within 60 days of your payment. I will refund purchase price/delivery or exchange it. I will also refund your P&P return cost.

Please get proof of postage for returns, as otherwise I will not refund for items lost in the post when being returned to me.
