Hi,
My name is Jen and I'm totally addicted to beads and jewellery making!
I've been making my jewellery for nearly 20 years, in between working part time and looking after my 2 small children.
Based in a small village in Cheshire, I hand make all of my jewellery to sell, take commissions, tutor at a local jewellery workshop and provide Children's Jewellery Making parties.

***PAYMENT***
I accept Paypal (pay through Paypal with your debit or credit card if you don't have a Paypal account).
***POST & PACKING***
Items will be well-packaged, and posted across the UK by 1st Class mail, usually within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment. I always obtain proof of postage.
***RETURNS***
I want you to be satisfied with your purchases so if there is a problem, please send me a message so it can be resolved.
If you wish to return an item, you can do within 10 days in its original condition. A refund will be issued on return, not including the return postage cost. Please ensure that you request a 'proof of postage' receipt, as otherwise I will not refund for items lost in the post when being returned to me.

***JEWELLERY CARE***
All of my jewellery, unless otherwise stated, is made using silver or gold plated nickel free findings. If you would prefer Sterling Silver or 9ct Gold findings please message me and I will give you a quote.
Please take care when wearing jewellery - avoid contact with chemicals and perfumes as discolouration may occur.
Silver plated and Sterling silver findings will naturally start to tarnish if exposed to air. To prevent this from happening it is best to store your jewellery in a box or a sealed bag.
