An Occasional Daydream is my own shop, birthed from my passion for crafting; drawing from the inspiration of creatures of Daydream and interweaving these with practical, decorative and colourful crafts which would bring rustic charm to any home.

About Me
My name is Pauline, from Northern Ireland - a working mother of two and very happily married. Maintaining the balance between working full time and being a full time mother is both enjoyable and taxing, but ultimately rewarding.

However, crafting is like having my own little daydream amongst the race of everyday life, and through my shop; through my products, I would like to bring that same feeling of relaxation and calm to your life and your home.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
Method of Payment- I only accept payments by Paypal. A Paypal account is not required, as when you click the 'Pay Now' button, you will be given the option to pay using your regular credit or debit card.

Postage and Packaging- Your item will be posted within 3 days of cleared payment and will be delivered to you via First Class post.

I can send your item by Registered Mail, with a tracking number if would prefer. This will incur an extra cost, so please contact me when you order if you would prefer this service, and I will make you aware of the extra cost.

Items will be wrapped carefully with tissue paper, fastened with fine ribbon and securely packaged in a padded coverinng to prevent any damage.

I will always communicate by email to let you know when your item has been dispatched.

Refunds and Returns - I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, I offer a full refund. If you wish to return any items, please contact me within 2 days of receipt . I do, however, reserve the right to refuse any returns if the condition of the products differ from that under which the product was delivered.

Custom Orders - I welcome any product suggestions if you require a specific design/item, and need only be contacted if you wish this to be made possible. Charges for custom orders may vary.
