Meet the maker Alex Broadbent

I sleep with a sketchbook by my pillow and encourage everyone to run with their ideas, especially if you don’t know where it’s going! My favourite materials are pencil and paper, as everything has to start somewhere.

CUSTOM DESIGN ITEMS:
Here's how my custom design service works;

Firstly the design/s are paid for, and after payment has cleared I will email you a questionnaire to find out your requirements for your item/s. The more detail you can provide me with at this stage, then the quicker I will be able to create design ideas and drafts for you.

I aim to get all first design drafts emailed to you within 10 working days; subsequent amendment times vary with each project, and can be anywhere from a few hours to a few days (except in extenuating circumstances).

You can then give me feedback, comments, changes and amendments on the design/s, and I will email you the next draft until you are happy with the final design. I then create and email the final files to you.

PAYMENT:
Payment must be received within 7 days of initial purchase. Only once payment has been received and cleared will goods be shipped.

POSTAGE + SHIPPING:
I post everything as soon as I can, never more than 3 days after payment has been received (unless otherwise stated). My shipping costs cover first class postage to mainland UK, packing and handling. I often use recycled Jiffy bags, so do not be alarmed if your package looks a little crumpled, the goods will be secure!

Special Delivery and Recorded Delivery can be requested for an additional fee.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES:
If your item/s are unsatisfactory I am happy to refund, exchange for goods of a similar value, or modify the item in question. Contact me within 7 days if you want a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping and item/s must be in its original and saleable condition.

If your item/s arrive broken please contact me with photos of the damage to package and item. With some items I may be able to help you without returning the item.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
Every effort has been made to give an accurate representation of each item’s colour and dimensions, although please note that some colours and finishes may differ from photos due to the handmade nature of each item, and the nature of computer screens.

Everything I sell has been made, stored and packaged in a smoke-free and pet-free environment. Jewellery and badges may contain sharp points and edges, and so are not suitable for young children.
