Payments:

Please pay for items within 3 days.

The best way to pay on Folksy is via Paypal. If you haven't got a Paypal account you can still pay for items using a credit or debit card.

If you would rather pay by cheque then please contact me before placing the order.

Shipping:

I will post orders within 3 working days of receiving the payment, usually sooner. They will be posted 1st Class within the UK.

Refunds and Exchanges:

If you are not happy with something you buy please let me know and then return it within 14 days of your payment - in the original packaging and unused. I will refund purchase price or exchange it. However I will not be able to refund any P&P delivery or return costs.

If the item is faulty - then P&P costs will be refunded and you will have up to a month to return the item.
