About A Little Birdie Told Me

As a child of the 1970s, I was dressed in clothes (and matching hats) handmade by my Mum and so a lifelong love of sewing began! I would sit by her electrified Singer as she sewed, and Dad played folk on his guitar, yes it seems I lived the Folksy life. Fast forward a few years, I was a Saturday girl in an aladin's cave of a Haberdashery shop, and gained my City and Guilds part one and two for embroidery. I hadn't sewn for years until my Sister in Law made herself some bunting, and we began to talk about sewing and I realised how much I missed it. And so here we are with hand sewn little trinkets and adornments for you and your home, we hope you like.

Commissions

Payment
Folksy takes payment through Paypal, you don’t need a Paypal account, just a credit or debit card.

Delivery
All items will be posted within 3 working days of receipt of payment and delivered by 2nd class signed for service from Royal Mail. We only charge postage and not for packaging and try where possible to up cycle wrapping We can gift wrap if the the purchase is a present

Returns
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but in the case that you aren't please let us know within 7 days and I will arrange a full refund.
