Buying from me

The craft pieces in Velysiandreams are created by myself, my daughter and my grandchildren. We love the fun and excitement of creating new pieces. We hope that the items will give you as much happiness as they give us in making them. We will take custom orders for any of the crafts we showcase in our shop. Dispatch of orders will be within 3 days of receiving your order. We hope you enjoy browsing Velysiandreams.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
