Buying from me

Thank you for visiting my Folksy shop. My name is Colleen and I design and make all the cross stitch kits you see here. I dispatch orders every weekday afternoon via Royal Mail 24. I try to keep all kits in stock, but please allow a day for me to make your order, particularly at busy times of the year.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I dispatch orders every weekday afternoon via Royal Mail First Class. Sometimes, I might have to make your kit, so please allow a day until you see your dispatch email. Orders to USA are via Priority Tracked Airmail. No other regions are available at this time.
