Buying from me

Welcome! I hope you enjoy browsing my handmade cards, unique digital paper sets and digital stamps to use in your own designs.

Cards can be personalised with the greeting of your choice on request, free of charge. Custom orders are always welcome, please get in touch with any requests and I'll let you know if it is possible.

All orders will be shipped on the following working day after receiving payment and will be despatched by Royal Mail or Airmail as appropriate.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Additonal Policy re Digital Items

Once payment is received, you will receive an message (within 24 hours) to your Folksy inbox with a link allowing you to download your files(s).

As our products are provided in digital format, we are unable to offer refunds (due to the nature of the items).

TERMS OF USE

You may not claim our digital files as your own, resell, or share them for free.

File Usage:

You may use our files freely for personal projects - you may print them or use them in digital applications.

You may also to use them for small commercial projects provided the finished item is handmade by yourself eg/ creating handmade cards or gift tags to resell on Etsy or elsewhere.

You may NOT redistribute these files or give them away. You are not permitted to use them on print on demand services such as Zazzle or Cafepress.
