Buying from me
Where possible, ready-made items will be shipped within 3 working days.
For made-to-order items, more time needs to be allowed for the process from design to delivery. This will depend on the amount of work entailed in the making process, and will be discussed with the client before work is commenced.
Please note that all the artwork on my greeting cards is handstitched. The only glueing involved is in the attachment of the artwork to the card.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
