Buying from me

All goods shipped to the UK and Worlwide will be sent via Royal Mail First Class post or Standard Parcels. We aim to post all orders within three working days and we will notify any forseeable dealy to the buyer as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with your order please message us within seven days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
