Buying from me

Despatch is within 3 working days but usually less.
UK orders are sent free of charge by Royal Mail First Class post. Deliveries over £25 may require a signature.
Overseas orders are sent by airmail.
All work is sold unframed for safe shipping and will be sent to you either:
1. In a board backed envelope
2. Sandwiched between card in strong brown paper
3. Carefully rolled in a cardboard postal tube.
4. In a padded envelope.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
