Buying from me

Soapure products are all hand made in the Ribble Valley, Lancashire, from natural ingredients. My aim is to make products that are gentle and nourishing for all types of skin, including for those with problem skin. Spa soap bars are made in a log mould and are then cut to order.
There are no parabens in any of my products. I post my items second class. P&P of 2nd items free!

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
