Buying from me

I will be in touch with you when order is ready and posted. If item has been damaged or lost during transport I will refund you. I aim to post within 3 days from the payment if the item is ready to sell, otherwise will let you know when you can expect your parcel. You can always email me asking for details of your order.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
