Buying from me

I aim to dispatch orders within three working days (Monday to Friday).

UK orders are send second class or tracked 48 for larger items.

International shipping is standard for small items (cards) and tracked for prints and larger items.

I'm really sorry but I don't currently ship to the EU and Northern Ireland due GPSR costs. I've also had to suspend shipping to the US due to the end of de minimus tariff suspension.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
