We, Prints With Personality, are the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to our shop.
When you place an order from us, we will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. We will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send us a message using the contact button on Folksy, we will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which we will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. We will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which we may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with our obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
We will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and we will securely store any data collected during that period. We retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time, we will delete your data from our records.
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way we handle your data.

We use the best paper, card stock and ink. Anything else just won't do.
Prints and cards are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class in the UK. Frames will be shipped via Royal Mail or courier.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail and should arrive within 3-4 weeks.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
We pride ourselves on delivering top quality prints and greetings cards to you every time, but we know people change their minds. If you've ordered a standard design print or greetings card and it's still in a resalable condition, get in touch with us to arrange a return and exchange or refund. Due to their nature, if you've ordered a personalised product, these cannot be returned. Digital downloads also can't be refunded once they've been purchased.
As amazing and reliable as our posties can be, occasionally our prints and cards can have a bumpy ride on their way to you. If you receive your order and you're not 100% happy with its quality and condition, please get in touch. We'll ask you to send us a photo of the damaged item before arranging a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as humanly possible.
Any refunds will be made back to the original payment method.
