A highly professional company. After my order was lost in the post 'Planet Events Direct Trimmings & Accessories' responded to my email within the hour. They promptly traced the order and after it was presumed the order had been lost in the post, replacement items were sent out straight away by recorded delivery and a refund given for another item that could not be replaced. Throughout this whole process I was kept informed via email as to the status of my order. I will definitely use this company again when buying materials - Thank you very much for an excellent service.
