OurGreenRoom (OOMF!) are a contemporary Interior Design consultancy, serving the domestic & commercial sector working with both UK & International clients. The lively business was set up, and is still run by young designers Lois & Robbi. We focus on fresh, contemporary & design led products & materials within the premium market; from classic Scandinavian design houses to sought after independent producers.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Like everything on Folksy, our items are handmade to order just for you, including cushions, curtains & blinds. While we will be happy to exchange your item if it is faulty or incorrect we regret we are unable to accept returns. We also cannot accept returns on cut fabric due to our inability to sell it on once cut.

We offer a sample service that we recommend you use to make sure you are happy with colours and patterns before placing your order, and we would kindly ask that you pay attention to the detail in the listing to ensure you are happy with exactly what you are purchasing.

If there is a manufacturing fault with your order, or we have sent you an incorrect item we will of course repair or replace it and cover all postage costs.
