Buying from me

I will do my up most to get your purchase to you within 3 days . I don't work weekends so posting would be after that . If it is urgent I will try my best to assist ,please let me know if that's what you require.
I will gift wrap and ensure packaging is secure to prevent any damage in postage .
I am happy to customise a journal at no extra cost unless you require something large ,we can discuss that .

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
