Welcome to Make It A Gift UK! Every item is individually crafted with care using laser cutting, engraving and sublimation techniques. Many of my products can be personalised to create a truly special gift, and custom requests are always welcome. As items are handmade, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique. Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within the processing times shown on each listing. Please feel free to message me with any questions or special requests.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
