Buying from me

All of my work is made to order so depending on time of year it can take up to 2 weeks from order to delivery of your piece.
I send all of my products by Royal Mail 1st class signed for which has a tracking number and requires a signature on delivery. To upgrade to UK Guaranteed which is fully covered (I recommend for large orders) then just continue with your order as normal and let me know at checkout. I will invoice you the difference.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me to discuss the return. You have 14 days after purchasing the product in which to do this.
Once the item has been received in a satisfactory and unused condition the purchase price of the product will be exchanged for something else or refunded.

I cannot accept a return on earrings unfortunately due to hygiene reasons.
I cannot accept a return on hand stamped personalised pieces due to it being a bespoke piece.
The buyer is responsible for returning the goods in perfect condition.
The delivery costs for a return cannot be refunded.
