Buying from me

I offer free postage on all my orders, I use Royal Mail's first-class service.
I endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible as all my dolls are ready to go to their new homes.
I am happy to consider custom orders i.e. a particular hair colour or style of outfit. Please message me and we can chat about what you are thinking x

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
