When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

My designs are mostly Sterling Silver or Gold Filled and make the most perfect 'everyday wear' pieces. We are a very eco-conscious brand + do everything we can to ensure materials + packaging are eco-friendly + sustainable. You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% happy with your order and would like to return it, we offer exchanges / refunds on most items (excluding postage upgrades, personalised or custom made items and all earrings due to hygiene reasons).

* Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery
Please note: If 14 days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
* Custom made or personalised orders
* Earrings due to hygiene reasons
RETURNS + EXCHANGE DETAILS
All items are custom and handmade and all sales are final, particularly personalised/custom items.
However, we want all customers to be happy with their experience so if you have any problems with your order, please let me know.
I can only accept a return if:
* The item has arrived damaged
* The order has been made incorrectly by me (I am only human, it can happen!)
* The item is NOT a custom item
I CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on ANY earrings for hygiene reasons.
Please note: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
To qualify for a refund, you must inform me there is an issue within 7 working days of receiving your order and return your item to me (at the cost of the buyer) within 14 working days.
The item must be returned at the cost of the buyer, undamaged + in its original condition with the original packaging. I recommend obtaining a receipt for proof of postage or returning using a tracked service as I cannot be liable for items lost in transit.
Once I have received the return(s) back, I will assess the item(s) & process your refund (item price ONLY. Any initial / original postage charges will not be refunded). I reserve the right to decline a refund if the item is damaged, unsellable or my polices haven't been adhered to.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
FAULTY ITEMS
All orders undergo a strict quality inspection during our packing process, prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty product or if a product has arrived damaged, please contact me immediately detailing the issue with supporting photos.
You will then have the option for a replacement to be sent out or receive a full refund.
REPAIRS
We know accidents can happen - we've been there ourselves! In the event that have damaged or broken your jewellery, we offer complimentary repairs on all orders (depending on the extent of the damage and if it is possible to repair) within 30 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for shipping item(s) back and the cost of re-delivery. Please note, if 30 days has passed or there is a great amount of work involved to repair, parts are missing or damaged beyond repair and require replacement, there will be a cost for the labour and/or to replace these materials/parts. If it appears to be a manufacturing fault, then I will repair or replace it for free. Please email me with pictures + details of the issue and I will be in touch as soon as possible with your options.
