Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Folksy's standard returns policy applies to all Lola Lou products. As all furniture is delivered using Parcel Force and wrapped using bubble wrap, cling wrap and sufficient cardboard packing, if a furniture item is purchased and returned it would be expected that it is returned using the same sufficient packing and delivered using Parcel Force. The buyer, in this instance, is expected to pay the full postage required to return the product.
