We are a friendly bunch who will talk you through your ideas and help you create a totally bespoke gift. As well as this we do have off the shelf Items ready to go. All my bisque is finishing once these have gone they have gone

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Any personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. If you have changed your mind please let us know within 3 days of placing order. Thank you.
