Welcome to my shop where I sell handmade mosaics house numbers. I find inspiration in nature - especially flowers, repeats and patterns.
Please have a look at my selection of templates, each piece is individually designed and each tile is cut with love... I also do bespoke mosaics if you have something special in mind.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges:
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Send items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations:
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalised orders
• Items on sale
Returns and exchange details:
I want you to be happy with your purchase and hope that you love it! If you don't, please return it to me, undamaged, in the same packaging, within 14 days of receipt and I will refund or exchange it for another item of the same value. Returns shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
The only items I cannot accept as a return are custom made orders.
If the item is damaged or faulty, please let me know immediately and I will happily exchange it as soon as I receive your return.
