Buying from me

Hello, I’m Amy and I run Jam Jar Crafts.

Most cards are available in two different sizes, with an envelope or a gift box. Cards purchased with an envelope will be placed in a cello bag and packaged in a board backed envelope. Boxed cards will be sent in a mailing box with bubble wrap.

I am happy to send cards direct to the recipient. Please let me know if you require this.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
