Buying from me

We are a family run business who were conceived after we began making our own soap as a natural alternative for our sensitive skin. All our products are as natural as possible. In our business we try to be as green as we can.

We aim to despatch all our orders within 1-2 working days. Small orders will be sent via Royal Mail (2nd class). Larger orders will be sent via courier.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
