Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Unless the item is faulty, then no returns can be offered. All earrings can't be returned due to hygiene reasons. If you have any issues with the items purchased, please get in touch with me at the earliest, so we can work together to come to an arrangement agreeable to all parties. I want you to feel happy with shopping/working with me and I hope that to be mutual.

Additional policies and FAQs
Custom orders—In some cases, I may need to charge up to a 50% deposit (non-refundable) to purchase supplies to make your item. I will not expect you to buy anything that you are not happy with, and I will keep you informed as much as possible via Folksy mail, including photographs.
