All of my the items I sell are very high quality & truly unique.
The cards & notebooks will be posted within 2 days of ordering & can be returned if you are not happy with them. You will need to pay the return postage.
The prints are done to order & not returnable. They take up to 3 days to post. They are not mounted or framed.
The plaster cast flower plaques are made to order can take up to 10 days to complete & not returnable.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
