Buying from me

all of my work is hand felted, either needle or wet felted (sometimes a combination of both), hand cut and hand sewn which means that each item is unique and individual.

all of my colours and designs can be tailored to your preferences and i am happy to accept commissions to create that special something for a gift or as a treat for you.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
