Your order will be hand made by me in my home studio and on its way to you very soon. All items are attractively packaged, ready for gift giving, and sent in eco friendly, recyclable packaging.
UK CUSTOMERS: All orders are send out via standard (non tracked) post
NON UK CUSTOMERS; Your order will be sent via Tracked mail. A tracking number will be provided for you to follow the progress of your package when it has been shipped.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
