handmade goodies, made by me and occationally my children.

If you ever see anything and want it in an other colour please ask because where possible I can make items on request

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or it gets damged in the post please let me know before leaving any negative feedback.

If possible I will happily either fix the item for you or send out a replacement. Failing that I will offer you a full refund (this doesn't include postage sorry.)

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
