The bracelets don't really look like they do in the photo - the leather is extremely thin, like single-core electrical wire.

I adjusted the bracelets to fit, but they keep slipping out of adjustment and going loose, so I've had to readjust them several times per day, using my teeth as you can't adjust them one-handed.

The stars are a very loose fit against the very thin leather and don't grip it at all, so they just follow gravity and are never really visible as they're always on the underside of my wrist.

Gave up wearing them after a few days as I felt like I looked like I'd wrapped wire round my wrists and got annoyed with constantly re-adjusting them.

Also, it took a week for the seller to post the item.

Pretty earrings. Smaller than I expected but I am happy with them. Easy ordering, fast delivery.

The product s were fine. Seller looses star for poor communication. It was great communication right up until I purchased.

Seller said they would be sent out beginning of the week they were actually sent out 4 days later than that. Seller don’t let me know that they were delayed. Not a biggy on its own as I had said I wouldn’t be gifting them until after Christmas. But with everything else it adds to the poor communication that I hope this feed back will help improve.

I also paid for two lots of postage. This was my fault for ordering twice and not sketching again I feel is a big issue on its own.

But We agreed that the second bracelet would be made half an inch shorter. When the package arrived I had ordered three things, all were wrapped but not labeled so I had no choice but to unwrap and then I noticed that one didn’t look shorter than the other. So I measured. The shorter one was onto half a cm shorter. I emailed to ask why the change. I wondered if the seller had done more research or something and had decided longer was better for that age group. Or whether or not the person is just not very accurate. Literally who knows why. I got a snippy reply that it was shorter and it was Christmas Eve and they were not working. They had only arrived the day before due to being sent out later so I had into just got to them in Xmas eve. I absolutely had not expected them to reply. I had emailed them not messaged them. And, like all of us had done so while I was dealing with it. I had not demanded a quick response and they were aware I was not gifting them yet. I have a small business. My clients contact me at all hours. It is up to me to decide when and how I respond. You set your own boundaries when you run a business you don’t have a go at customer because you feel the need to respond straight away. I said this to them and explained I was autistic, which means the fact we had made a plan about something and then someone had changed that plan is difficult for me and it is easier if the person explains why. I also said that she should get back to me when she is working and able.

It is several weeks now and I have had no response at all. I don’t know why it was made longer than agreed. I have been prompted by folksy for this review otherwise I probably would not have done one. But once asked I can only ever be honest.
