Buying from me

Welcome to my Folksy Shop. Cute but functional and sturdy, my children's accessories are very individual and most can be personalised with a child's name or initial, as can my Camper/Caravan accessories (my camper has a name!). All items are designed and carefully home crafted by myself in my Surrey studio. I aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days by Royal Mail 1st Class.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Unless faulty, items that are personalised are non-returnable.
