Charms by Joanna was born in 2012, I make wine glass charms, napkin rings, bag/phone charms and decorate little boxes, plus the occasional bracelet or earrings. Most of my items are made to order so if you do not see something you would like then contact me.
Since starting the business I have won The Wedding Industry Experts Awards each year and in 2015 became an #SBS winner plus #QueenOf Favours and #KingOf #OrderOfFabulous
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Personalized items are only returnable if faulty. Refunds will be issued once faulty item has been received in its original condition and fault has been confirmed.
Items are only Personalized once payment has been received in full. It is important to ensure correct details are provided as refunds will not be issued where the buyer has supplied incorrect details.
