We, Annemarie and Pam are the data-controllers of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order from us we will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. We will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send us a message using the contact button on Folksy, we will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which we will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. We will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
We will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and we will securely store any data collected during that period. We retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way we handle your data.

We are Pam and Annemarie, childhood friends since the 70’s. We both have a love of art and creating. Pam has expertise is in ceramics and printing techniques, and is regularly featured in local art exhibitions. We both love sewing and have been sewing since childhood. We have loved creating the items that you can find in shop.
Our shop is named after Bruce, a crazy Labrador and Daphne, the more serene ferret.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
We take great pride in our work and only sell items that we are completely happy with. As our products are hand made, there will be slight variations. Colours can differ on different screens they are viewed on, we package our items with great care.
If you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us. We will accept returns if you are unhappy with your purchase, in line with the standard Folksy policy.
