Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
On the rare occasion you are unhappy with your purchase I will refund upon receipt of a return within 14 days. Notify me as soon as you receive your order if you wish to return. it and we can arrange a solution. I will endeavor to replace an item lost or damaged in transit if I have the stock to do so. Photographs of anything damaged will be essential in this case.
