Buying from me

My work centers around wirework and semi-precious stones. I mainly use silver-plated wire, though sometimes I use Copper, Brass plated or gilt. I love experimenting with new designs and this shows through in some pieces which can be very unusual.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Items purchased as a custom order should be paid on purchase, unless a later payment is agreed prior to ordering. Expected postage date will be agreed prior to order being accepted, though the customer should be aware that certain circumstances (i.e. ordering/delivery of components) may increase the time taken to complete the order. The buyer will be informed of any delays or early completion.

Items ordered with a handmade custom gift box will take a further 24 hours to dispatch.

Earrings are non-returnable once removed from sealed package due to hygiene reasons.
