Buying from me

Every piece is designed and produced in-house—from 3D modelling and printing to mould-making and casting. We primarily use Jesmonite, an eco-friendly, water-based resin, and biodegradable filament for our 3D prints. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do—from materials to packaging.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME
Processing time is currently 1–2 weeks, as everything is made to order. Please email us if you would like further details.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Although we do not accept returns, please contact us if there are any faults or damage. We are happy to assist with all your questions.
