Welcome to A Crafty Hen! All items are made by myself in Devon. Many items are made to order, though all orders will be despatched within 3 days of purchase. If you have seen something you like that is out of stock please contact me and I will try my best to remake an item.
All items go out wrapped in tissue and if you are sending an item as a gift I can include a personal message at no extra cost to you and ship directly to the recipient upon request.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
