I am a Kiln-Fused Glass Artist living & working in Glenfield, Leicester.
With a background in Graphic Design I am now applying my skills to produce contemporary and distinctive handcrafted designs in fused glass.
I love working in glass, adding inclusions and experimenting with different surface designs
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If you wish to return your goods, you will be asked to cover the return costs and a refund will be issued
If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I will be happy to help you with an exchange, refund or credit.
Goods should be returned in a condition fit for resale, within 30 days of the date of receipt.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds can only be given on items received by me. If you wish to return your goods, you will be asked to cover the return costs and a refund will be issued without this return postal costs. A tracked postage would be advisable when returning items.
Refunds will be made in the original payment form.
