Everything at Violetta Handmade is a unique, one off design, all though we can customise items to match your outfit/theme.

TERMS

£4 delivery items are posted in purpose made tiara boxes

• Delivery is for U.K mainland 1st class post.
• Overseas and Republic of Ireland will vary.
• Your product will usually be dispatched within 72 hours.
•Goods that are damaged or not as described may be returned for a full refund.
•Before returning a product please contact us.
•If you change your mind about a item purchased we will refund the cost but cannot pay for return postage.
•Items must be returned within seven days
•We cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged on return.
•Please allow at least 7 days to process returns.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
