VenusCreations is a design company based in Manchester. Specializing in hand made unique floral head wear and fairy wings for every occasion including weddings, festivals and Halloween.
Custom orders are most welcome and ready for shipping within 10 days.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

All my work is designed and made with care and attention to detail so I hope you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not or your item is damaged in transit, please contact me to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
