Buying from me

Some products are already made and available right away, with those items you can be sure that they will be posted out within 3 business days.

Custom ordered products will have make time factored in to the delivery times and this will be stated in the listing or at time of enquiry. Small items won't take too long, but for larger items such as garments that can take upwards of 25 hours to make, delivery expectations will be nearer 4 to 6 weeks.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Returns are accepted if item is faulty. Postage of said items will be at the cost of the customer. Refund will be issued once item has been received back and can take up to 5 business/working days to arrive in your bank/card.

Shipping
All shipped items will be sent using Royal Mail small/large parcels. Items will be sent within 48 hours of order.
