Hello and welcome to my Folksy shop " Trotting Jack Press".

All the products you find in my shop are hand printed and hand crafted by me in my cosy little studio.

I hope you enjoy looking at my creations and find something you really like!

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If there is a problem with your purchased item(s), please contact me within 7 days of receipt to discuss return/refund.

Upon the return of the item (s), I will refund you the purchase price of the item (s). However, I cannot refund shipping to or from unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item.

The item(s) must be returned in original condition.

I can't be responsible for lost or damaged packages after shipment. so in these cases, I can not refund or exchange. If you would prefer to use a more secure mail service ( extra cost apply. ), please contact me before paying, so I can adjust your invoice.
