Buying from me

Handstamping involves striking a metal stamp onto metal in order to leave an impression & some characters may not be perfectly aligned or spaced. Metal stacked on top of metal will cause scratching over time, for instance, in the case of stacked pendants. Keyrings & other accessories which are handled on a daily basis can become scratched. Crystals & charms added to pieces can also cause scratching. Please allow up to 4 weeks for completion of orders.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Refunds will not be given on personalised items unless the piece is faulty or a mistake has been made on my part (for instance a spelling mistake). It is your responsibility to ensure all text stated in your order is spelt correctly. Should there be a fault with your order please contact me immediately.
