Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

We ship from Greece by Hellenic Post Office - Standard Shipping

Shipments take:
•For Europe 2-5 business days
•For overseas destinations (USA, Australia, etc ) 6-15 business days. Sometimes it could be up to 20 days. Please note we have no control over international shipping.

Shipping will be completed after the payment is final.

*Convos will be answered within 24 hrs or sooner. Please be advised that I am not always at the computer.

Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days.
Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin on the following business day and won't be mailed out before Monday.

International Orders: Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

We do our best to make sure your package will arrive in the best condition; however once the package leaves our hands, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur.

We complete every order to your particular requests. Please check all details (sizes, colors, materials etc.) before making your purchase. Every purchase is considered final as soon as it is cleared from PayPal.
